TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective January 1, 2026
BOOKING & RETAINERS
All services are provided by appointment only. A valid card on file and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure all bookings.
Retainer structure:

Waxing services: $15 retainer per service booked

Makeup services: $25 retainer
-
Services totaling $151 or more require a 50% retainer
Retainers are applied toward the remaining balance only if the appointment is completed.
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES
To ensure availability and fairness to all clients, the following policies apply:

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

A new appointment must be booked to reschedule.
Notice given via text, voicemail, or email is timestamped and applies according to the 24-hour policy.

Personal discomfort, scheduling conflicts, or preference to reschedule do not exempt an appointment from this policy.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice results in the automatic charge of 100% of the remaining service balance to the card on file.
If the payment cannot be processed, future bookings are paused until the balance is resolved.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
A 10-minute grace period is provided.

At the 11th minute, a $10 late fee is automatically added to the final balance.

At 15 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled.
If the appointment can still be accommodated after 15 minutes, the late fee applies and service time may be adjusted to avoid delays to other clients.
Late fees are applied automatically and are non-refundable.
SERVICE SELECTION & SAME-DAY CHANGES
Services are reserved based on time scheduled, not service preference.

Same-day removal of booked services is not permitted.

Clients are charged for all services scheduled, even if fewer services are completed by choice.

Additional services may be added only if time permits.
ARRIVAL WINDOW & GUEST POLICY
To preserve a calm, private, and exclusive experience:

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Extra guests are not permitted unless they are also receiving services.
HEALTH, SAFETY & COMFORT
Clients experiencing flu-like symptoms are required to wear a mask during their appointment.

Waxing services are offered during menstrual cycles with proper hygiene accommodations; however, personal comfort decisions remain the client’s choice and are still subject to cancellation policies.
Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns prior to your appointment.
MEDIA RELEASE & CONSENT
Photos or videos may be taken during or after services for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify Brittany at the beginning of your appointment.
PAYMENT & POLICY ENFORCEMENT
All applicable retainers, late fees, and no-show charges are processed automatically in accordance with the booking policy agreed to at the time of scheduling.
PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE
A 3.5% card payment processing fee is added at the time of booking. This fee helps offset rising operational and supply costs while keeping service pricing consistent.
